The staff here are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always with a smile, the rooms are very clean, and we enjoyed our stay during our second visit, the views are great everywhere.

Enjoyed the stay here! the breakfast was free and had a variety of delicious options. the hotel's location was perfect, and having a shuttle to the airport was a great bonus. the service was top-notch 👌.

The room was quiet even though we were near the airport.

The room was dark with the lighting that was there.

The room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The pull out bed the kids slept on was very uncomfortable for them.

The rooms here are spacious and recently renovated, with smoke detectors for safety, plus the comfy beds and the incredibly helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable.

The continental breakfast was out early (by 4:30am) and in time for our very early departure and it was extremely close to the airport. The staff was excellent as well.

We spent extra for the hot-tub (after 10 hours of driving), and it was OK but probably not worth the extra cost. It was very loud enclosed it the bathroom too. It was clean and functional, just not anything special and again, being in the bathroom -very loud!

Location was excellent for our purpose. Rate was excellent.

We had a paniced person above us. They stomped across the floor several times . It sounded like they could come through the ceiling. Maybe more sound proofing in the ceiling.

Ideal and wonderful hotel, kind staff, truly enjoyed excellent location not far from the Best Western Plus Kansas City Airport and the Bistro for beers. The booked room was tidy and impressive with whirlpool tub. A microwave, coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

The hotel is perfectly clean with a great location in Kansas City, close to many eateries and the Davidson factory. The pool area is nice. Free Wi-Fi is provided at the venue.

The beds are wonderful. The pillows are abundant and wonderful. I needed two extra blankets and the front desk was there after midnight if we needed anything. The swimming pool kept the older kids occupied. The weight room open tweny four hours was great. Cost for the room was affordable. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience.

The parking lot was smaller than I expected and the extra doors are few. Not a really big deal, though.

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast was great and staff were nice.

Terrible place. WiFi did not work. The blinds did not close, which left my girlfriend and I feeling exposed. The room was loud. I could hear through the walls. I could also hear everyone getting up in the morning in the hallways and can recall their full conversations. Neither of us got any sleep. Definitely NOT worth the price.
